Austrian discount chain Hofer continues to surprise customers with new initiatives. From delivery rule changes to self-checkout, here are the most significant updates.

Lower Delivery Minimum

Since 2023, Hofer has reduced the minimum order for its delivery service to €29. Delivery costs €1.90, dropping to €0.95 for orders between €29 and €49, and free for orders over €49. The service is available in Vienna and surrounding areas with around 3,000 products for online ordering.

Self-Checkout Coming in 2025
